GENERAL

ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

While we try to display the color as accurately as possible, it can vary due to color calibrations on digital screens.

Also, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries due to the handmade nature of the garments.

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT?

No, at this time, we do not have a storefront location. Do follow us on Instagram @stylesleekstitch for details on upcoming popup shows.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any cancellations once the order has been placed on your end and a confirmation email has been sent out. Nevertheless, we allow returns. Please review our Returns Policy for additional details. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

Yes, you can return any unused items up to 5 days from your delivery date. All returned items must be in their original packing and unworn condition. Please review our Returns Policy for additional details.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

For tracking purposes, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you’d like a different size or another style, please place a new order.

SHIPPING

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMELINES?

We are firm believers in sustainability! Most of our designers will make the items once you place the order. Rest assured, we will do our best to ship orders in accordance with their expected ship date which can be between 2-4 weeks from the order date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking details so you can track your order.

On the other hand, you are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure the proper shipment of your orders. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Standard shipping is free with any purchase over $299. Standard shipping transit time is between 5 - 10 business days. All shipping fees will be quoted in the shopping cart before finalizing your order. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details. 

ARE THERE ANY TAXES APPLICABLE?

For customers within The US, all prices specified on the website are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be displayed at the time of checkout.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. If there are any issues with processing your order, we will notify you with an email.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number via email to track your package.

SIZING

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY OUTFIT DOESN’T FIT ME?

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please review our Refund Policy.

WHAT IF I AM UNSURE ABOUT MY SIZE?

Most of our garments come with a margin to tighten or loosen if needed. Different designers can have different size guide they refer to which we have provided on each product page for our customers to review and choose appropriate sizes. We encourage you to size up if debating between two sizes and always leave ample time for alterations if you plan to wear it for an event. If the piece allows for custom measurements, you can choose "Customize" on the product page and input your measurements on the form.
